'Special Edition' Sure Pro Purple is an exceptionally high performance multi-discipline main line that is perfect for almost any situation.

The base copolymer used for this monofilament is a tried and tested blend that has proven to be amazingly robust, meaning it can withstand use and abuse.

Special Edition Sure Pro offers fantastic high knot strength, while maintaining a nice smooth finish and smooth feel that essentially makes this a great casting line.

It is a line that also sinks well, a facet of line performance that improves with use (like so many copolymers) because it becomes more porous with a little use.

The translucent purple blends amazingly well with all kinds of aquatic environments due to the fact that the water absorbs the red end of the spectrum first. This means that the line soon loses the intense/lively visibility it has above the waterline, and easily turns into a "non-descript" natural shadow, even in relatively shallow clear water. This effect means that it is useful for fishing from high swimming levels or for anglers who fish in places where you have to weave a boat between lines during the course of a fishing session.
